Covid-19- An update from easyHotel

We continue to operate in-line with all guidance and legal requirements. With this in mind, before you make any booking at one of our hotels, please ensure that you have read the Government’s latest guidelines and/or regulations applicable to you and your stay with us.



Stay Easy, Stay Safe – our pledge to you:

In line with our existing pledge to customers, we will continue to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness when visiting our hotels. We understand that keeping existing practices in place will provide comfort to both staff and guests at our hotels. We therefore ask that guests continue to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing when walking within the premises and visiting reception areas.

Existing bookings and refunds:

For maximum flexibility in these times we strongly recommend that you book the flexible rate whereby bookings may be cancelled up to 2pm on the date of arrival as stated in our cancellation policy.

For guests who have Non-Refundable bookings, normal cancellation terms and conditions apply and your booking is non-refundable.


Please note that we cannot facilitate guests looking to self-isolate at our hotels.

We are constantly reviewing our hotel policies and will update this message as and when new government guidelines and or legal requirements are announced.
